You can use the headset as a corded headset (audio over USB) when the headset has a low battery or when the headset audio is unstable due to too many wireless devices nearby (high density). Simply turn off the headset and plug in the USB-C cable provided. Make sure the headset is selected on your audio setting.
NOTE: Headset is charged during this mode, but button controls may not be available.
TIP: You can also charge the headset when using it while connected to the receiver or Bluetooth. Connect the USB-C cable to the headset and to the USB-C port while leaving the headset turned on.
