We recommend cleaning your eargels regularly of dirt and wax buildup.
To clean your eargels, remove them from the earbuds. Gently wipe away any dust and oil with a dry cloth, and if needed, use warm water and mild soap to remove any buildup. Completely dry your eargels before reattaching.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
