Computer OS requirements

The recommended OS requirements are:

• Windows 10 and later (Note: Windows systems with ARM 64 processors are not supported)
• macOS 13 and later

Can I use the MX Creative Console with a tablet or iPad?

No, the MX Creative Console is only compatible with Windows and macOS computers / Laptops.

Can I use the MX Creative Console without the Logitech app?

The MX Creative Console requires the app (Logi Options+) to unleash its full potential.
Your device can still work with very limited and basic system actions when the app is not installed in your computer.

Can I use my MX Creative Console if my computer has admin or network restrictions?

In order to install Logi Options+ software you will need to have full administrator rights in your computer. Otherwise, certain components of the software may not be properly installed.

Usage of certain actions that require access to your computer files or the internet, can also be impacted, if your computer does not have access rights granted.

Antivirus or firewall

Some antivirus, anti-malware, firewall (or similar) software may interfere with installation of the MX Creative Console, as well as the ability to connect to cloud services. This type of protection software can usually be disabled temporarily, allowing the MX Creative Console to install correctly.
