Provided the steering wheel has support for the standard 50.8mm (front-mounting only) or 70mm (front- and rear-mounting) PCD bolt pattern, then it should be possible to connect to the Quick Release (QR) Adapter. Some aftermarket wheels may have additional components that prevent attachment (ex. horn modules).
