This isn’t possible as buttons and D-Pad are required to navigate the console and use in-game functions. Standard aftermarket steering wheels generally have no buttons or a way to interface with them. If you attach simulation steering wheels with buttons/D-Pad that use a USB connection to the PC, they won’t be able to interface with the Logitech Wheel base that the QR Adapter is attached to. The RS QR Adapter is only for use on a PC.
