On Windows, the default folder for screenshots are typically saved in the Pictures -> Screenshots folder. If you use the Screen snip action in Options+, your captured image will also be saved there.
However, if you use the "Save to file" option with Screen capture, the image will be saved directly to your Desktop instead.
