If you use your Logitech headset and G HUB’s DTS audio features, you might notice Firefox doesn’t play along. The good news? We have a way to resolve this!
Why isn’t DTS working on Firefox?
Firefox browsers need DTS Super Stereo Mode to be switched on in G HUB for DTS audio enhancements to work. Without this mode, Firefox can’t deliver those deeper audio experiences you expect.
How do I get DTS Surround Sound working in Firefox?
Follow these quick steps:
- Open G HUB on your device.
- Find your headset in the device list.
- Go to the DTS settings panel.
- Enable DTS Super Stereo Mode. This setting unlocks DTS enhancements when using Firefox.
- Restart Firefox for best results.

If turning on DTS Super Stereo Mode doesn’t do the trick, make sure your headset is connected properly (using USB, LIGHTSPEED, or AUX cable) and your version of G HUB is up-to-date. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please reach out to our Support Team.
