- Use Logitech Gaming Software (LGS):
To disable HDR mode using LGS, download and install LGS from the BRIO STREAM Support page on our website and then deselect HDR.
- On the Microsoft Driver Property page:
Turn Backlight Compensation ON (slider set to 1).
To turn it back on, set Backlight Compensation to OFF (slider set to 0 - default setting).
