Your Squeezebox or Transporter uses the Squeezebox Server software. To clean out your cache and preferences, please do the following:
Windows XP / Vista / 7
NOTE: Windows XP, Windows 7, and Vista use the same steps to clean the cache.

Open the Logitech Media Server (LMS) Control Panel. The control panel can be launched from a couple of places. You can either:
- Double-click the LMS desktop icon
- Double-click the LMS task bar icon

In the LMS Control Panel, click the Advanced tab.

On the Status tab, under the Status section, click Stop Logitech Media Server.

Under the Cleanup section, select the check boxes for:
- "Delete preference files"
- "Clean cache folder, including music database, artwork cache, etc."
Then, click Run Cleanup.

Go back to the Status tab, and click Start Logitech Media Server.
Now, you need to set up your Media Library name, Media folder locations, and MySqueezebox.Com account.

Go to the Library tab and set your:
- Media Library name
- Media folder locations
- Playlist folder location
- iTunes settings

Go to the Account tab to enter your MySqueezebox.Com account credentials.
Windows Home Server
Open the Windows Home Server Console and log in to Windows Home Server. (See your Windows Home Server documentation for help.)

Once you're logged in to the Windows Home Server console, click Settings.

In the left pane, click Logitech Media Server.

On the Status tab under Startup Options, click Stop Logitech Media Server.

Once the Logitech Media Server is stopped, go to the Advanced tab. Under the Cleanup section, select the check boxes for:
- "Delete preference files"
- "Clean cache folder, including music database, artwork cache etc."
Then, click Run Cleanup.

Go to the Status tab and, under the Startup Options section, click Start Logitech Media Server.

Now, you need to set up your Media Library name, Media folder locations, and MySqueezebox.Com account.
- Go to the Library tab to set your Media Library name, Media folder locations, Playlist folder location, and iTunes settings.
- Go to the Account tab to enter your MySqueezebox.Com account credentials.

Click OK to close the Settings window.
