If you're having issues with the microphone of your headset, try the following:

Make sure the microphone (pink) cable is firmly connected to the microphone input jack of your source device.

If you're connected to a computer, be sure you've properly configured your computer's microphone input settings (see your computer's documentation for more information).

Check that your microphone isn't set to mute on the headset's inline remote, in your computer's settings, or in the application you're using.

Try your headset on a different device.
