During installation of the Alert Commander software, you might see the following .Net Framework 4.0 error:
Installation failed with error code: (0x800B010B), "Generic trust failure".
This can be caused by Entrust encryption software reading the timestamp on the .Net Framework certificate as no longer being valid.
To fix this problem, try the following:
Install .NET Framework 4 manually (see answer 360023252894)
Add the certificate information to the white list
Uninstall Entrust, install .NET Framework 4, and then reinstall Entrust
