Repeated prompts to re-install plug-in OR a blank screen
If you're prompted to reinstall the Harmony Remote Software plug-in after you've already done so, try the following:
NOTE: This procedure can also help resolve blank-screen issues.
- 
Select Safari from the Menu bar. 
- 
Select Preferences > Security > Manage Website Settings > Silverlight. 
- 
Change the setting for "When visiting other websites" to Run in Unsafe Mode, and then click Done. NOTE: The default setting is Allow. 
- 
Click Trust in the "Do you want to trust the website" pop-up window. 
- 
Force quit Safari from the Menu bar and re-launch myharmony.com. 
NOTE: You should revert to your default or preferred settings after completing these procedures.
Communication errors
If you get a communication error when you upload an image using Safari on myharmony.com, try the following:
- 
Select Safari from the Menu bar. 
- 
Select Preferences > Security > Manage Website Settings > Harmony Plug-In. 
- 
Change the setting for "When visiting other websites" to Allow, and then click Done. NOTE: The default setting is Ask. 
- 
Click Trust in the "Do you want to trust the website" pop-up window. 
- 
Force quit Safari from the Menu bar and re-launch myharmony.com.
