Remove the speaker from the Ultimate Ears app
- Open the Ultimate Ears app.
- Tap the Menu icon on the top left (three horizontal lines) and tap the button next to your speaker.
- From the app Home screen, tap the Speaker Settings icon on the top right (gear icon).
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Forget Speaker.
and then tap Forget Speaker again to confirm.
Re-add (set up) the speaker after reset
- Open the Ultimate Ears app.
- Tap the Menu icon on the top left (three horizontal lines) and tap Add Speaker.
- Follow the onscreen steps to complete the setup.
