Your iPad case must meet the following conditions in order for it to work with Logi BASE:
- Opening at the Smart Connector:
- Your case should leave exposed the side of the iPad where the Smart Connector is located.
- The opening in the case on the side of the connector should not be less than 156 mm. Cases with an opening of less than 156 mm will interfere with the Smart Connector and prevent charging.
- Thickness that the case adds to the iPad:
- If the opening for the Smart Connector on the side of the case is more than 156 mm, but less than 178 mm, the case can add up to 1.3 mm to iPad thickness.
- If the opening for the Smart Connector on the side of the case is more than 178 mm, the case could add up to 9.3 mm to iPad thickness.
- Cases that add more than 9.3 mm to iPad thickness will interfere with the Smart Connector and will prevent charging.
