- Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software and login to your account
- Click on the
tab - Click on the
button for the device that is not responding to the Harmony 550 - Select "Confirm infrared commands" and click on the
button to continue
- Select Yes - I have a remote for this device and click on the button to continue
- You will be prompted to learn three commands from your original remote. Follow the onscreen instructions to do so.
