You should reset your mm50 anytime that you experience unusual or unexpected behavior with either your mm50 or with your iPhone or iPod while using the mm50.
To reset your mm50, do the following:

Use a pen or a paper clip to press the reset button (shown below) on the bottom of your mm50 for 2 seconds:

After resetting your mm50, verify that the issue no longer occurs.
