If you cannot hear any sound from your FreePulse headphones, do the following:

Move your audio device so that your receiver is closer to the FreePulse headphones.

Move your audio device so that there are no obstructions between your FreePulse and your receiver.

If you accidentally pressed the reset button on the receiver you will need to re-pair your headphones with the receiver. For instructions to re-pair your headphones, consult Knowledge Base article 360023380453.

If you are using your FreePulse headphones without the receiver, and the audio device with which you are trying to pair is not A2DP compliant, the FreePulse will not produce any sound. Consult your audio device documentation to determine if it is A2DP compliant.
