My device manufacturer is not listed in the Logitech Harmony Remote Software

Symptom
You are trying to add a device, but the manufacturer is not listed.

Solution

Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software and login to your account
Click on the (Devices) tab
Click on the (Add Device) button
Click on the -select device to add- dropdown and select the device type for the device you wish to add
Choose ‘not listed’ at the top of the list to enter your Manufacturer
Enter in the name of the manufacturer of the device you are adding
Enter your model number and click on the Next button to add your device

Continue on adding the device as normal. You may be prompted to confirm some settings for your device.
