In order to use multiple folders and/or disks as your music library, you can do the following:
Windows:

Make shortcuts to your other music folders.

Place the shortcuts in the folder you designate in SqueezeCenter as your music source. This will make the contents of those folders a part of your music library.
Macintosh:

Make aliases to your other music folders.

Place the aliases in the folder you designate in SqueezeCenter as your music source. This will make the contents of those folders a part of your music library.
UNIX/Linux:

Make symbolic links (symlinks) to your other music folders.

Place the symlinks in the folder you designate in SqueezeCenter as your music source. This will make the contents of those folders a part of your music library.
