To remove commands from device mode, follow these steps:
- Launch the Harmony remote control software and login to your account
- From the Harmony homepage, click on the
tab
- Beside the device you would like to customize, click on the
button

On the Device Options page, select Customize Buttons and click on the
button
- Determine whether you want to remove commands that are associated to a Standard or Additional button.
- Hard Buttons are the hard buttons on your remote.
- Soft Buttons are the buttons on the remote's LCD screen.
Removing a command from a Hard button:- To remove a command from a Hard button, from the Button list select the one you wish to remove. In this example, we will remove command associated to the Stop button

- Select the dropdown and scroll to the top of the command list
- Select the blank command at the top of the list. When you are finished, proceed to step 6

To a command from any of the LCD buttons, click on the
tab at the top of the page

Locate the command you wish to remove and remove the command by clicking the
trash can icon beside it. In this example we will remove "Wrong Command"
- After making any changes, ensure that you click on the
button to save the button customizations. The last step is to update your remote. Connect the Harmony 900 to your computer's USB cable and click on the
button on the Harmony homepage.
