When you restart Alert Commander, it will attempt to contact all registered cameras on the network asking for any new videos that have been recorded while Commander was off. Depending on the number of cameras you have and the total amount of video recorded, this can take some time.
In playback, you will see gray bars indicating videos that Commander knows about but has not yet copied. When a video has finished copying, the bars will turn to a blue/green color and is ready to view. Commander only copies the video. The original recording remains on the camera's microSD card.
