To resolve this, please try the following:

Plug your earphones into a different device (computer, music player, etc).
NOTE: Make sure your earphones is completely plugged into the jack.

If the audio from the new device is fine, move the cable gently near the jack and also near the earphones to see if the problem is no longer present.

If the audio is fine, then the original device may be causing the problem.

If the sound still cuts out or you hear audio interference, please see Knowledge Base article 20965 for instructions on contacting Logitech Customer Care.
