There are two components of your Ultimate Ears product that can be cleaned:
To clean the silicone ear cushions:

Remove the ear cushions by gently pulling them directly away from the earphones.

Either wash the ear cushions in mild soap and warm water, or gently wipe with non-alcoholic or baby wipes.

After cleaning, let the ear cushions sit at room temperature until they are completely dry.

Push the ear cushions back on the earphones.
To clean the sound channels:

Point the earphone downward.
-
Take a tissue and roll it into a point.
-
Insert the tissue into your sound channel and carefully remove any material in the channel.
NOTE: Don't use any liquids to clean the sound channel.
