After installing your Logitech USB audio device, you may still need to configure your operating system's audio properties to get full functionality from your Logitech product.
Windows XP

Go to the Start menu, choose Control Panel, and then choose Sound and Audio Devices.

Choose the Audio tab, and then select your Logitech audio device as the Sound Playback device.

Choose the Voice tab, and then select the Logitech audio device as the Sound Recording device.

Choose the Volume tab, and then adjust the Volume Slider to desired level. The Mute option should not be selected.
Windows Vista

Go to the Start menu, choose Control Panel, choose Classic View, choose Sounds.

Choose the Playback tab, and then select your Logitech audio device as the Sound Playback device. Choose Properties, choose the Levels tab, and adjust the Volume Slider to desired level. Verify the Speaker Icon is not set to Mute.

Choose the Recording tab, and then select the Logitech audio device as the Sound Recording device. Choose Properties, choose Levels tab, and then adjust the Volume Slider to desired level. Verify the Speaker Icon is not set to Mute.

Choose the Input tab, and then select your Logitech audio device as the Sound Input device. Adjust the Input Volume Slider to desired level.
