Clearing the cache of the Squeezebox Controller App
If you're having trouble connecting to your Squeezebox with your Squeezebox Controller App, first try clearing its cache.
To clear the cache of the Squeezebox Controller App:

Navigate to the Settings page for your device and locate Applications.
NOTE: The Settings and Applications pages may be in different locations depending on your device. Refer to your device's support documentation for more information.

In Applications, locate and select Manage Applications.

In Manage Applications, locate and select the Squeezebox Controller App.

On the Application Info page, select Clear Cache. This will bring the App back to a default state.

Launch the App again and re-enter your MySqueezebox.com account information.
Reinstalling the Squeezebox Controller App
If you continue to experience issues, try uninstalling and reinstalling the App.
To uninstall and reinstall the App:

Follow steps 1-3 above.

In the Application info page, select Uninstall to uninstall the App.

When the warning message appears, select OK to complete the un-installation process.

Access your device's app marketplace to re-download and reinstall the Squeezebox Controller App.
