NOTE: Flow Scroll is the same as Scroll App. You may see Scroll App referenced throughout this article.
When using Internet Explorer's "InPrivate" or Chrome's "Incognito" mode with the Logitech Flow Scroll (Scroll App) enabled, zoom may not work correctly (for example, when using zoom in Google Maps).
If you experience this problem, try this:
For IE users

Click Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options.

Select the Privacy tab.

Clear the "Disable toolbars and extensions when InPrivate Browsing starts" check box.

Click Apply and then click OK.
For Chrome users

Launch Chrome.

Click the wrench icon on the toolbar and select Options.

Select Extensions > "Logitech Scroll App".

Click the expand "triangle" icon and select "Allow in incognito".
Chrome doesn't require you to click a save or close button to make this change effective.
NOTE: You may still experience zoom issues with some URLs.
