Use the following steps to connect your Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Mini to your iPad Mini:

With your iPad Mini turned on, tap the Settings icon.

In Settings, tap Bluetooth.

If the on-screen switch beside Bluetooth doesn't currently show as ON, tap it once to enable Bluetooth on your iPad Mini.

On your Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Mini, move the power switch to ON.

Press the Bluetooth button. The Bluetooth light LED should start blinking. The Ultrathin Keyboard Mini should shortly become visible on the iPad Mini screen.

Tap once on the name of the device you want to pair.

If prompted, type the PIN code shown on-screen, and then press Enter. If you're not prompted for a code, the keyboard should immediately pair and you can skip this step.
NOTE: Each connect code is randomly generated. Make sure you enter the one shown on your iPad Mini screen.
Connected should show next to your keyboard in the Devices list to indicate that your Logitech Ultrathin Keyboard Mini is connected.
