If commands are missing or not working properly, your Harmony Ultimate Hub can "learn" them from your original device remote. Your app can also apply commands you've already configured in your Harmony account.

NOTE: Some commands might be missing due to errors made when entering device model numbers in your Harmony account. Each device has to be accurately identified in your account on myharmony.com to successfully configure your hub and properly control the devices in your home entertainment system.

To add commands:

1. Log in to your account on myharmony.com.

2. Select your Harmony Ultimate Hub from the Welcome screen.

3. Click Devices.

4. Click the device you want to update.

5. Click Add or Fix a Command.

6. Select Add a missing command.

7. Enter the name of the new command, and then click Next.

8. Use the USB cable to connect your Harmony Ultimate Hub to your computer when prompted, and then click Next.

9. Place your original device remote within 3 inches (8 cm) of the IR input sensor on your hub.

10. Press the corresponding button on the original device remote for about 2 seconds.

11. Click Finish on the "You have successfully taught the XXX command" page.

To update your smart device with these changes:

1. Log in to your Harmony app.

2. Tap Menu.

3. Tap Settings.

4. Tap Sync your Harmony.
