Please note you will need to set up a new account on our site. To create a new login in the new community, please follow these steps:
HOW TO CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT
You can create an account with your Google, Facebook, or Amazon login. Alternatively, you can log in with a previously created Logitech account. You might have a Logitech account already if you have a Circle home security camera or Harmony universal remote, or if you have created a software account on G HUB and Logitech Options.
To create a new login, follow these steps:

Go to support.logi.com.

Click on SIGN IN.

Click on any of the following options:
- Amazon
- CREATE A LOGI ID

Add the necessary information:
- Facebook
- Amazon
- Google
- LOGI ID
- Email address
- Password
- Confirm Password
- First Name
- Last Name
- Check on "I'm not a robot"
- Click on "Create"
- Facebook
RESET PASSWORD
If you already have an account and you're having issues to log-in, please follow these steps:
- Go to support.logi.com.
- Click on SIGN IN.
- Click on Forgot password?
- Enter your email address in the box.
- Check the "I'm not a robot" box and click REQUEST RESET. You will see the following message: "An email with password reset instructions has been sent to the email below."
- An email with password reset instructions will be sent to your inbox shortly. The email title and is "Reset password request" and it will come from the following address: <noreply@accounts.logi.com>
- If you don't receive the email, please check your spam inbox.
- Open the email, and click RESET PASSWORD.
- Enter your new password twice.
- Click Save.
- You will receive a message saying "Password was successfully reset."
NOTE: The link with the password reset is only valid for (1) hour. If you receive the message "The password reset link is invalid or has expired.", please request a new password in this link.
