If the button on the top of the mouse doesn’t open the emoji window, do the following:
- Make sure you’ve installed the software. You can get the software here.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to install the software. You can also take the Product Tour to learn more about your mouse.
- When you click the button on the top of the mouse, the emoji window should open as shown:
