MX Mechanical has three switch types allowing you to find the one that suits you best:
- Linear switches, colored red, are the smoothest, with no tactile bump and little noise.
- Tactile switches, colored brown, have a little discernible bump and little sound. It would be the one closest to a traditional typing experience you find on our MX Keys keyboards.
- Clicky switches, colored blue, have a discernible bump and sound. They are the loudest of the three switch types.
