If you are using a Logitech device and see an Initializing Profile error message while using a Mac computer, do following to resolve the issue:
- Open System Preferences.
- Click Security & Privacy.
- In the bottom left corner of the Security & Privacy page, click the lock icon.
- Click the box that says Enable system extensions.
- Click the lock again to relock the Settings page.
- Return to G HUB.
The initializing profile message should go away.
