If your keyboard does not work, or the LED does not light up when you connect your Slim Folio to the iPad for the first time, try the following steps:
- Make sure you remove the paper from the battery tray at the top left of the keyboard.
- The keyboard turns on automatically when you place the iPad in the typing position. Make sure you have the right iPad placed to turn on the keyboard.
- If the keyboard doesn’t enter the pairing mode (LED fast blinding in white), long press the Bluetooth button for three seconds until the LED blinds rapidly.
- If the LED doesn’t light up at all, use a screwdriver to pry open the battery holder from the top of the keyboard, then use compressed air or blow into the battery compartment.
