If your keyboard does not work, or the LED does not light up when you connect your Slim Folio to the iPad for the first time, try the following steps:

1. Make sure you remove the paper from the battery tray at the top left of the keyboard.
2. The keyboard turns on automatically when you place the iPad in the typing position. Make sure you have the right iPad placed to turn on the keyboard.
3. If the keyboard doesn’t enter the pairing mode (LED fast blinding in white), long press the Bluetooth button for three seconds until the LED blinds rapidly.
4. If the LED doesn’t light up at all, use a screwdriver to pry open the battery holder from the top of the keyboard, then use compressed air or blow into the battery compartment.
