If you don't support some Windows laptops like Surface Pro X, you should at least tell your customer and state it on your website.

It is a SHAME on Logitech that just tells you that you are not a real computer.

It is a Marketing Fraud which is making fake and misleading advertisements for its product to mislead its customer to buy their products. I am not sure if it is against the marketing fraud law.

My recommendation is to return the product, which is exactly what I did. Their customer support is terrible, and they have no understanding of the products they sell and customers' needs.  Windows 11 on ARM has been in existence for several years now....

Logitech aren't the only company still who're pretending ARM doesn't exist.

It's better on the Apple side but users of both Windows and MacOS are finding they're hitting a brick wall with software developers only making their apps available for Intel's x86 still.

Logitech don't say they don't support Windows on ARM because to them it doesn't exist. Their software is for x86.

As mad as this sounds there's still a mass developer amnesia in that ARM is now a fundamental part of the Windows and MacOS landscape.

Correction Windows 11 on ARM has existed since September 2021.

But Windows on ARM (Windows 10) has you're correct been out since 2016.

It's only finally started to take off in 2022.

My mistake, I meant Windows on Arm, not specifically Windows 11, which on all platforms has only been available since Oct 2021

Your broader point is correct still. The first Windows on ARM PCs shipped in 2016.

    Hello,

After posting my message I've discovered that with the software Option+ it works on my Surface Pro X running Windows 11! I've been able to customize the buttons on my MX Master 3S. Even the logitech flow works to transfer files from one computer to another.

Problem is solved! This mouse is a great product!

Options+ has very limited mouse support sadly.

It is their newer software though.

Oddly no mention of ARM in the Release Notes:
