Your BRIO 300/301/305/1080p Webcam comes with a USB-C plug. We recommend that you plug the webcam directly into your computer and not into a hub as it may not work properly. If you do connect your webcam to a USB hub or extender, make sure the USB-C port supports both power and video.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
