- Plug the Transmitter into a USB-A port on the PlayStation 5.
- Switch the Transmitter to PlayStation mode by pressing the button on the transmitter until the LED turns blue.

Turn on your A20 Wireless Headset.

Navigate back to the PS4 Settings window and select “Devices” followed by “Audio Devices”.
- Change the Input and Output Device to “USB Headset (ASTRO A20 Wireless)”.
- Select “Output to Headphones” and change it to “Chat Audio.”
