Go to Speaker Settings (tap the gear icon on the top right of the app Home screen).
Tap Speaker Name and change the name of your speaker.
This will modify the name of your speaker in both Bluetooth settings and on the home screen of the app. This change will not be reflected in the Alexa app. From Amazon Alexa services
