You can use Logitech Options software for Windows and Mac to configure application-specific settings for the Logitech devices connected to it.

Enable Application Specific settings
To enable the Application Specific settings:

Once you’ve selected the applications you want to use, you can set your mouse buttons or wheel to behave in a specific way when you use that application:

You can restore the default settings for an application at any time. To restore the default settings:

Enable Application Specific settings
To enable the Application Specific settings:
- Start Logitech Options:
- Windows: Start > All Programs > Logitech > Logitech Options
- Mac: Macintosh HD > Applications > Logitech Options
- In the upper right corner of the application, click All Applications.
- Click on Application Specific settings to enable.
- Click Add application. A window appears that shows open applications, followed by an alphabetical list of the applications on your computer.
- Choose the application you want to customize. Repeat from step 4 to add additional applications.
- If you want to remove an added application, click on All Applications, and then click on the X to the right of the application name to delete it.
- Click Continue to remove the application from the list, or Cancel.
Set up Application Specific settings
Once you’ve selected the applications you want to use, you can set your mouse buttons or wheel to behave in a specific way when you use that application:
- In the upper left of the window, select the Mouse tab.
- Click on All Applications in the upper right corner.
- Select the application you want to configure the mouse behavior for.
- Click on the blue circle that corresponds to the button you want to change. A list of the available options for the button appears.
- Select a function from the list to assign to the button or wheel.
- To assign a different function to the same button when you’re using a different application, repeat from step 3.
Change mouse pointer and scroll wheel behavior
To make changes to the mouse pointer and scroll wheel speed and behavior:
- In the upper left of the window, select the Point and Scroll tab.
- Click on All Applications in the top right hand corner.
- Select the application you want to configure.
- Move the slider to the left or right, or select a drop-down action corresponding to the function or behavior you want to change.
- Repeat from step 3 to assign a different behavior to the same function in different applications.
Reset to default settings
You can restore the default settings for an application at any time. To restore the default settings:
- From the top right hand corner select either one application or select All Applications.
- In the bottom left of the window, click Restore.
- In the confirmation window, click Continue to restore the default settings or Cancel to cancel the operation.
