If you have forgotten your password or the Login ID for your Harmony remote account, you can reset your password or recover your Login ID by following these steps:
- Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software. On the login page, click on "I forgot my password"
- Select Yes for "Do you have the remote?" and click on the
button
- Connect your Harmony remote when prompted and click on the button
- Your login ID will be displayed. Answer either the Security question or two of the three questions about your account and click on the button
- If necessary, enter a new password and click on the button
- Once your password has been successfully reset, click on the
button to proceed to your account
