This may be caused by your audio settings. To fix this issue, do the following:
Open Sounds and Audio Devices in the Control panel (Start > Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices).
Select the Audio tab.
Verify that your Sound Recording default device is set to G35 (shown below):
Open Sound Recorder application (Start > Programs > Accessories > Entertainment > Sound Recorder).
Test record a sound and play it back. If you can hear the audio and/or see the green bar moving, then the microphone is working properly.
Additional Information:
If people are unable to hear you in a specific game, check the game settings to ensure that the G35 is correctly set up in that game or 3rd party chat program such as Yahoo or Skype.
If you are using a chat application (Yahoo, Skype, etc), check the chat application’s settings to ensure that the G35 is selected as the correct audio device.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
