The "Unsupported Device" error message means that your Harmony remote does not support the device you are trying to add. Your device may only resond to radio frequency (RF) signals. The Harmony remote sends infrared (IR) signals only and cannot be used to control devices that communicate using other methods such as Bluetooth, UHF, or RF.
