The G930 has a supported range of 30' (9.14 meters) from the receiver.
If you are not getting a 30' (9.14 meters) range from your headset, please try the following steps:

Fully charge your headset.

Relocate the receiver to a different area using the G930's charging base. Move the unit away from wireless routers and other devices that use the 2.4GHz spectrum.

Try a different USB port on your PC.

If using a desktop PC, move the G930's receiver from desk level to the top of your PC case or other similarly raised area.
- Remove any metallic items from around the G930's receiver.
