If you're having trouble hearing audio from your wireless boombox, try the following:

Move your Bluetooth device closer to the wireless boombox, as you may be out of range.

Increase the volume on both your Bluetooth device and the wireless boombox.

Make sure your Bluetooth device is connected to the wireless boombox (see your Bluetooth device's documentation for help).

Check if you are playing content from a music or audio app from your device.

Try turning off your wireless boombox and turning it back on.

Reset your wireless boombox to factory defaults (see answer 360023239914 for help). Once reset, you'll need to pair your Bluetooth device with your wireless boombox.

If you've paired multiple Bluetooth devices with your wireless boombox, be sure you've disconnected the previous device and connected the desired device.
