If you’re getting the message “No devices detected” when you launch the Logitech Gaming Software (LGS), try this:
- With the gaming mouse still connected to your computer, uninstall LGS.
- After you've uninstalled the software, restart your computer.
IMPORTANT: Do not skip this step. - Re-install LGS. Make sure you're using the latest version of LGS available for your mouse. You can get the latest version from the G300s Downloads page.
- Reboot your computer when prompted.
