You may need to update your G5 Laser Mouse's firmware. To update the firmware, do the following:

  1. Go to the G5 Downloads Page.

  2. Click on the Downloads button (shown below):

  3. Select your operating system as shown below:

    G5_chooseOS

  4. Select the file as shown below:

    G5_firmwareUpdate

  5. Scroll down and click the Download button as shown below:

  6. Install your firmware update according to the installation instructions on the Downloads page (shown below):
