Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software. If you do not have it already installed, please download it and install before continuing
Enter your Login Information and click on the button
In the Tip Center click on the button
Click on the tab
Click on the button NOTE: If your remote's one year warranty period has expired, the Warranty Claim button will not appear
Complete the submission form, entering all information requested. Click on the button once you are finished
