Your MK710 mouse has a power switch located on the bottom of the mouse.
To turn on your mouse:

Turn your mouse over.

Locate the power switch on the bottom.

Slide the switch to the On position as shown below:
To turn off your mouse:

Turn your mouse over.

Locate the power switch on the bottom.

Slide the switch to the Off position as shown below:
