The Logitech Revue volume slider may be set too low. To check the volume level on your Logitech Revue:
1. Press the Home key on the Keyboard Controller, then select All Apps and press the OK key.
2. Navigate to Settings > Picture & sound > Volume, and press OK.
3. Increase the level of the first volume slider. Please take note to ensure that the volume is not set to Mute.
If you have your Logitech Revue connected to an Audio/Video Receiver (AVR), manually adjust the volume from the front panel of the AVR, or adjust the volume using original AVR remote. Please refer to the user manual of your AVR for details.
Some Set-Top Boxes (STB) have their own volume control as well. Try adjusting the volume using the original STB remote. Please refer to the user manual of your STB for details.
Depending on your Audio/video device configuration, your HDTV’s volume may be set too low. Try adjusting the volume level on your HDTV using the original HDTV remote. Please refer to the user manual of your HDTV for details.
