If you're having trouble connecting your headset to a Bluetooth device, try the following suggestions:
- Move your headset closer to the Bluetooth device — you might be out of range.
- Disable other wireless devices or move away from them temporarily — other signals may be interfering.
- Try connecting your headset to a power source — it may not have enough power.
- Make sure you've disconnected the headset from any previously connected device.
- If you've used the wireless receiver to connect to a computer, disconnect the receiver before trying to connect to a Bluetooth device.
- Ensure you've paired the headset to the Bluetooth device you're connecting it to (see answer 360023407233 for more help).
