Your Harmony app must be connected to your hub to control your devices. If you're having trouble finding your hub with your Harmony app, try the following:

To view your Wi-Fi settings for your Harmony Ultimate, go to your remote:

Tap the Menu icon.

Tap Settings.
-
Tap General.

Tap About and see Wi-Fi Network.
To make changes to your Wi-Fi settings for your Harmony Ultimate:

Make sure you have Wi-Fi enabled for your Harmony Ultimate:

Plug your Harmony Ultimate remote into your PC and make sure the hub is powered on by checking for the LED light on the front.

Log in to your account on myharmony.com.

Select your Harmony Ultimate from the Welcome screen.

Click Settings.
-
Click Set up / Change Wi-Fi Settings.

Enter your Wi-Fi information and then follow the instructions.

Verify that your hub and mobile device are on the same Wi-Fi network.

Manually turn off all your devices (ex. television and AV receiver) and then reboot the hub (unplug the power adapter from the hub and plug it back in)
NOTE: The hub will take about 30 seconds to boot up.

Power cycle your router by unplugging the power adapter and plugging it back in.

Make sure your smart device is connected to the 2.4GHz frequency on the router, as Harmony Ultimate isn't compatible with 5GHz.
NOTE: Some routers have a setting that prevents Wi-Fi devices from communicating with each other. You'll need to disable this feature to allow the Harmony app on your mobile device to communicate with the hub. Some common names for this feature include:
